This website is the virtual forum for the Russian History Seminar of Washington, D.C. The Seminar is one of the most active workshops of its kind in the United States, and is a forum for the presentation of pre-circulated papers as well as conferences and special events. It is sponsored and funded by the Georgetown Institute for Global History at Georgetown University's Department of History. The 2023-4 co-chairs of our seminar are Prof. Greg Afinogenev (Georgetown University), Prof. Eric Lohr (American University), and Prof. Chris Stolarski (Georgetown University).
